What should be the duration of the commercial

Techniques to improve the efficiency of the radio ∙ 15, 30 or 60 seconds?

How long should radio ads be? The length of the radio ad should be such that it conveys everything that your company wants to tell the consumer. No more, but no less.

Use a 15 second ad when:

  • You have an incredibly powerful short message. Don't try to make it longer at the expense of the message quality.
  • Many 30-second videos can actually be much more effective if you strip them out and cut them down to 15 seconds.
  • Short messages are also cheaper.
  • Use a 30 second ad when:
  • Consumers understand what your product or service is and you want to make a clear offer.
  • Consumers need to hear how to use your product or service.
  • Put it bluntly.
  • Remove everything unnecessary from the message except for the most essential adjectives and adverbs.
  • And place your bet on verbs.
  • Use a 60 second ad when:
  • Your message is complex enough. It is better to make it longer than leave many questions and doubts in front of the audience.
  • Your product represents a fairly new industry. It takes time to tell why consumers might need it at all.
